1. The RESET button on the LCDI Power Cord should be pressed in order to have power on.
2. Please check whether the power cord is plugged-in properly. Please use in any properly wired general purpose 15 amp household grounded receptacle.
3. If the Red internal tank full warning light( ) was on, please unscrew the bottom drain cover at the rear of unit and remove the soft rubber stopper to let the water draining out from the internal water tank; when the water stops draining out, reinsert the soft rubber stopper and tighten the drain cover, then restart the unit.
4. Please check if the unit was set the Auto Off mode, if yes, please press the TIMER button and adjust the number to 00, then the timer setting would be canceled.

(B) Why the room is not cooled enough?
1. The area your area using may be larger than the suggested area for your portable air conditioner.
2. Please close all the windows and doors properly.
3. Please ensure the window kit is properly installed according to the installation instruction.
4. Check to see if the two drain outlet’s rubber stopper at the rear of the portable air conditioner are plugged tight.
5. The cooling time may be not long enough. Please allow more time for the machine to take its cooling effect.
6. The temperature setting may be too high/warm. Suggest setting the temperature to lower than your room temperature
7. Please check whether the portable air conditioner is too close to the wall or the air intake and air outlet is blocked. If yes, please keep distance with the wall and remove the air blockage.
8. Please try to straighten the exhaust hose, and avoid it from any kink.
9. If there are some heat sources, please try to remove them as they will expend cooling capacity.
10. Clean the air filter regularly.
11. The portable air conditioner should be closer and facing to where you seat to have maximum cooling effect.
12. Incorrect setting. (I.e. Check to see if cooling mode is set)
13. Remove the air filter, to see whether the evaporator (behind the air filter) has frosting up.
(C) Portable air conditioner is Noisy
1. The portable air conditioner should be placed on level ground.
2. Unit touching other objects, move it away from such subject.

(D) Why the portable air conditioner leaks?
1. The portable air conditioner should be placed on level ground.
2. The two drain outlet’s rubber stopper at the rear of the portable air conditioner should be plugged tight.
During dehumidification mode, the drain hose should be installed properly.
3. Clean the air filter regularly. After cleaning, the air filter should be re-installed properly.
4. Do not move the machine while it is running as water can come out from the internal tank if unit is moved around during the cooling cycle.
(E) Why the RED warning light is on, and there is beeping?
Because running the air conditioner will produce condensed water which will accumulate in the internal tank of the unit (especially under the extreme wet/high humidity environment) if the internal water tank in the unit becomes full, the unit will stop running and give a beeping alarm and the warning light ( ) on the control panel will flash. To reactivate the machine during such wet condition, please drain excess water according to the following steps:
1. Begin by placing a pan under the water outlet drain at the rear of the unit.
2. Unscrew the bottom drain cover at the rear of unit and remove the soft rubber stopper to let the water draining out from the water tank; when the water stops draining out, re-insert the soft rubber stopper and tighten the drain cover.
3. Remove the pan of water and empty into a sink.
4. Restart the unit, and operate it in Fan Mode to dry the interior of the unit.
